- New Jersey: $15.13 per hour (businesses with 6 or more employees) / $13.73 per hour (businesses with fewer than 6 and seasonal employees)
- New York: $16.00 per hour (New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County) / $15.00 per hour (rest of the state)
